what to wear at Gym

  we all want to be fit and strong. first step we take towards it we look for gym. But then the question arises what one should  wear at gym.

Here are my few tips before you hit the gym to look cool and comfy..


  1.  One should never wear ill fitted  ,loose clothes you will endup looking sluggish and lazy. More over your lower can get stuck in machine and you can hurt yourself.
  2. Always wear breathable and flexible clothes. Wear right material as wrong choice, can give rashes and itching on the skin due to sweat.
  3. One should always wear sport bra to give you full coverage as well as full support, while running or other cardio things. These are especially designed for you ladies, go for it to save yourself from saggy boobs.
  4. Wear deodorants , no body wants to smell bad. Never wear perfumes at gym as it is not designed for sweats and you smell like pig.
  5. Always carry your water bottle to stay hydrated.
  6. Take along your Towels. As you gonna sweat.
  7. Wear comfortable sport shoes which are especially designed for running and gymming. Bad shoes can be worst thing you can do to yourself.
  8. Get your Headphones with your favourite songs, to give you energy and focus during your workout session.
  9. Fitbit is a great option to track your calories and count your step                                 
  10. Keep your hair away from your face.Tie a them in ponytail ,braids or bun.
