How to get rid of wrinkles in 10 easy steps
Yesterday my friend called me and asked me for serums & creams ,which will help her to get rid of wrinkles. *As if I have got some magic potion😆* Well, it's not just her question, you get this from so many people esp. mothers. I thought it will be good to write about it so all can benefit from it.
*Let me give you some background first* My mother is a simple Indian woman, who has been using her "Ponds" cream from ages or at least that's what I remember since I gained consciousness. She used to slather this cream on me too, I used to hate it! Reason - it was so thick and oily/greasy. Worst part was she will apply it wether you going to school or party or to bed. Some how I have also ended up doing the same with my kiddos *lolz*. After all ~ Genes does matter. Whenever I used to complaints to my Papa, it was worse , he will apply "Boroline " on my face. I still remember how I used to scratch my face to get rid of that thick layer.
But now I realize, it has been really beneficial. I know I am aging and wrinkles are here, I feel due to this process of moisturization eventually my skin benefited a lot.
There are so many cosmetic ways nowadays to get rid of wrinkles. But I am not going to discuss that for now.
I am not against anything, but I feel one should enjoy every phase of life(even getting cream applied to your face from your parents)
Well here are few ways you can slow down your aging process.....
1) EXCERCISE.... I know everyone is telling you about this. But it's really imp as it increases blood flow and removes toxins from body with sweat.
2)PLENTY OF WATER....I can't force enough on it. Drink it for soothing sling.. else your skin be dry like soil without water. It flushes out toxins.
3)MASSAGE ...massage with olive oil or vitamin E . Relax your facial muscles.
4)NUTS AND BERRIES....Eat them! They are full of antioxidant.
5)MOISTURIZER...Apply any good cream after shower and before going to sleep..timing is really imp. Use it on damp face. *I know you will thank me later*
6)EXFOLIATE......To get new skin layer and get rid of old one.
7)USE ORANGE OR LIME JUICE ...On skin, vitamin C antioxidant comes for rescue.
8)USE CUCUMBER.... Slice up the cucumber and put it on your face for sometime.
9)OMEGA 3... Good fat = Good Skin
10) REST AND SLEEP...Very imp to become a sleeping beauty.
